Inventory Coordinator

We are now looking for our next Inventory Coordinator to support our daily operations with hands-on inventory work and ensure smooth material flow.
About the role
As Inventory Coordinator, you will have a practical, operational role with responsibility for daily inventory handling and coordination. You will work hands-on with incoming and outgoing goods, inventory accuracy, stock control, and material availability for projects and operations.
You will be an important link between warehouse, purchasing, and operations, ensuring that materials are available at the right time and in the right quantity.

Who are you?
You are a team player who is comfortable working in an operational environment. You take responsibility for your tasks, work independently when needed, and are not afraid to speak up if something needs attention or improvement.
You work in a structured and systematic way, are detail-oriented, and ensure that inventory data and physical stock match.
Qualifications & requirements
5 years experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or similar hands-on roles
Valid forklift license (required)
Experience working in ERP or inventory systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong advantage)
Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Relevant education in logistics or equivalent work experience is considered a plus.
