As Technical Lead Electronics, you’ll play a key role in the development and lifecycle management of our cutting-edge control electronics.
You’ll be responsible for the hardware across our products — from wire harnesses and control panels to control units and servo motor control boards. Your role includes defining requirements, reviewing designs, and ensuring robust, reliable hardware that keeps our stabilization systems at the forefront of the industry.
You’ll be part of our R&D team and work closely with experts in mechanical design and software engineering to create world-class solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Supervise external design consultants and review/approve hardware designs.
- Ensure that electronic designs meet functional, safety, EMC, and reliability requirements.
- Maintain and enhance electronic hardware currently in production, including control panels, ride control units, and servo motor control boards.
- Responsible for cable design documentation, including wiring schematics and harness drawings.
- Collaborate closely with your colleagues in R&D, Purchasing, and Production throughout the product lifecycle.
Your Background
- M.Sc. in Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent field.
- at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in electronics design or lifecycle management.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary product development environments.
- Knowledge of Electrical System Design within the marine industry.
- Experience with PLM (Siemens Teamcenter) and CAD tools.
- Experience with electric motors and motor control software
