Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities:

To oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.

Coordinate, analyze, and report the financial performance to Management, Owners and Board of Directors. Perform monthly reporting to the owners as well as communication of outcome internally. In your role you make sure that Humphree prepare short and long-term forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties.

You support the CEO in planning and preparation of board material, as well as in the strategic work for the company.

Core responsibilities is a to keep a good control of risk management, trade finance, compliance and credit control. You coordinate audit and tax functions.

As CFO at Humphree you support everything from development phase, to production, sales and service.

You control the yearly budget process, and you continuously maintain and develop the policies, procedures and systems for financial accounting and reporting in the company.

We utilize Business Central as  business management system. In your role you safeguared that we utilize the possibilities of this platform in the best possible way.

Qualifications:

You preferably have a proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or similar role. If you have previously worked as an auditor, it is a plus, since you need knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.

We expect you to have excellent knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting methods.

As the team is small, we expect you to enjoy and be capable of doing follow ups, building analytical models and performing analysis on your own.

You will be part of the company management team, work very closely together with the CEO and lead a smaller team, therefore strong leadership, excellent communication and people skills will be key.
