 We are now looking for a Manager for the Product and Project Management team at Humphree.

The team is responsible for defining, develop and manage the product offering that will secure Humphrees position as the number one supplier of vessel stabilization.

You will, together with your team, keep and develop the product strategy and product roadmap based on customer insights, technology research, data analysis and business cases.

The team also includes the project management function so the influence on the complete delivery of new products is obvious.

Alongside your responsibility as manager, you will also act as Product Owner for Mechanics. This is a more operational role and includes product planning activities for control surfaces such as interceptors, fins and rudders. 

You will be a part of the RnD management team.

Key Deliverables

• Lead the team of Product Owners and Project Managers
• Support and mentor Project Managers
• Keep and develop the overall product strategy and product roadmap
• Keep and develop the detailed product roadmap for mechanical control surfaces.
• Identify initiatives to be turned into projects
• Create and develop business cases for potential new development projects
• Do customer and market analysis
• Develop ways of working for Product Owners and Project Managers

We believe you also have experience from project management.

You are fluent in English, both spoken and written and you feel comfortable presenting in front of an audience.
