We are now looking for a Chief Sales Officer to our Headquarter in Sweden.
This role will be important for creating a bright future for Humphree, with great influence on our business.

Let us describe the challenge we offer
You will be responsible for the Humphree Sales and Service team and related strategies. Humphree AB is operating the marine business with Leisure and Commercial customers, promising our customers more days at sea, by providing products and systems for ultimate stabilization.
In this role, you will lead and continuously develop the Humphree Sales and Service team in line with Humphree values. Your main targets will be to make the Humphree brand stronger globally, build the Sales and Service sales strategy, provide our current customers with the best possible support and offerings, as well as exploring new markets, and successfully manage the complete dealer and distributor network to fulfill sales targets for all our products.
The role will be part of the management team of Humphree.

- We also want you to have most of these skills:
- A university degree in Engineering and/or Business
- Very good leadership skills, through experience in managing teams
- Marine business experience
- Technical knowledge relevant to our business
- Sales experience, ideally within B2B sales.
- Experience working in a global context.
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and in writing.
